Laswa nga tambo ang pagkaon sang tanan

Ingrelaswa nga tambodients:

  • bamboo shoots
  • takway
  • okra
  • corn
  • saluyot
  • shrimp
  • coconut milk

Procedure:

First,you have to boil water and bamboo shoots in 15 minutes then after boiling drain the water,add coconut milk to the bambo shoots,after putting coconut milk add the corn and boil it again until the corn cook add shrimp and takway, then boil after the takway cook. Then add okra and saluyot add salt and bitsin(season to taste).

Laswa nga tambo is one of Filipino dish that “tangkilik” of everyone. Laswa nga tambo is not popular but is more nutritious than other food because when you try to taste this you feel like heaven and your body became energetic and powerful.Laswa nga tambo is a food where in you cant feel more energy when you eat this, this king of food is very good to the body because many nutritious food involved to the dish.
